Terms of trading
These terms describe and govern the business relation between seller as a supplier and buyer (further consumer) as a customer. Trade Group Radek Mašín, s.r.o., IČ: 276 07 453, based Praha 7, Jankovcova 8/1587, PSČ 170 00 is the entrepreneur. All the contractual relations are concluded in accordance with legal order of the Czech Republic. If a contractual party is a consumer, the relations are governed in accordance with the trading terms in Civil Code (No. 40/1964 Sb.) and Act of Consumer protection (No. 634/1992 Sb.). If a contractual party is not a consumer, the relations are governed in accordance with Commercial Code 513/1991 Sb., subsequently amended.
